Breakfast Munchies

This Spinach and Eggs breakfast is a great way to start the day!
With a whopping 3 cups of Spinach, 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk, a half a cup of large red onion and some seasonings, with an additional kick of hot sauce, it will fill your morning up with flavor!

Make sure to start your plate off with several crackers (of your choice) with cream cheese slabbed ontop of them all.
