Portion Control

This is the proper way to managing bar food:

Proportionate amounts of nutrition and pleasure.
*Fresh fruits
*Flavorful, aromatic wraps and sandwiches, created with 1 serving of carbohydrates (whole wheat pita or whole wheat wrap), 2-3oz of protein (smoked turkey, oven-roasted chicken or egg), 1oz of fatty acids (dressings), 1/2 oz of dairy (assorted cheeses), and vegetables (spinach, avocado, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, peppers, etc) to close.
